The laboratory has reliable testing equipment and a testing team with excellent technology. The testing items that can be carried out include: environmental tests such as high temperature, low temperature, damp heat, rain, vibration, salt spray, etc., comprehensive vehicle performance tests, electromagnetic compatibility tests and physical and chemical performance tests of metal materials, etc.
The laboratory obtained CNAS accreditation certificate in March 2016, certificate number: CNAS L8391, and the test results have been recognized at home and abroad. Over the years, we have been adhering to the quality policy of "fair testing, scientific methods, accurate data, and standardized services", guided by customer value, to ensure that the test is fair and rigorous, accurate, reliable, timely and fast.
Experimental Ability
High and Low Temperature Damp Heat Laboratory
The environmental simulation test system can simulate natural environments such as high temperature, low temperature, damp heat, etc. It can carry out environmental simulation tests on various vehicles and equipment and can meet the test requirements of the following standards: GJB 5727 "High Temperature and Low Temperature Damp Heat Laboratory Test Method for Logistics Equipment", GJB 150 "Environmental Test Method for Military Equipment Laboratory" and GB/T2423 "Environmental Test for Electrical and Electronic Products".

The rain laboratory can meet the standard requirements of GJB 150.8A "Environmental Test Methods for Military Equipment Laboratory Part 8: Rain Test" and QC/T 476 "Limits and Test Methods for Rainproof Sealing of Passenger Cars". It can simulate the rainfall process in nature and realize different rainfall effects according to the test requirements. Suitable for large vehicles and special equipment, also can carry out parts sealing test.

Vibration Laboratory

Physical and Chemical Laboratory
Can carry out tensile test, impact test, hardness test, metallographic analysis, spectral analysis, etc.
Three-proofing laboratory
Can carry out salt spray test, mold test and hot and cold shock test.
Power Supply Laboratory
It can test static variable power supply, power supply car, generator set, rectifier power supply and other power products. At the same time, high and low temperature test chamber can be matched to carry out high and low temperature test of power supply equipment.
Automobile comprehensive performance testing line
It can carry out vehicle exhaust emission test, lighting lamp detection, comprehensive analysis of automobile engine, automobile axle (wheel) weight detection, automobile side slip detection, automobile chassis dynamometer, front wheel steering performance detection and automobile brake detection
